About Mets Roofing Southwest
Built on 35 years of Devon roofing — backed by Mets Ltd.
Steve Myatt has been on Devon roofs since 1989. Slate, tile, lead, flat — every system, every age of building. In 2025 he formalised the operation as Mets Roofing Southwest Ltd, the Devon roofing division of Mets Ltd (Plymouth, est. 2003).
That means clients get 35 years on the tools, 22 years of national contracting heritage behind every job, and TechIOSH-graded health-and-safety running through every site. Whether it's a slipped slate on a Hatherleigh cottage or a 200m² re-roof on a commercial unit, the same standards apply.
